ClaimVault is part of the Grounded Studios family. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Everything you record — inventory items, serial numbers, photos, receipts, policy documents, claim notes — is stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB / local storage). Nothing is uploaded to our servers. We do not run accounts and we do not host a database of your belongings.
Photos and receipts you attach are processed and stored locally on your device. They never leave your browser.
We never sell, rent or mine your data. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of you or your property.
Clear your browser's site data for ClaimVault to permanently remove all stored information. There is no remote copy.
This processing is governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Because all data remains on your device, ClaimVault operates as a local tool rather than a responsible party collecting personal information.
